Rewind Indy $50 Gas Giveaway – Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:
   Contest is open to legal residents of Indiana, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Rewind Indy Radio, Circle K, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate or win.

2. How to Enter:
   Visit RewindIndy.com and click the “Enter Contest” button. Complete the entry form with your name, contact information, and any other required details. Only one entry per person per day is allowed. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

3. Contest Period:
   The contest begins on May 23, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on May 27, 2025. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

4. Prizes:
   Each winner will receive one (1) $50 Circle K gift card, valid for fuel or in-store purchases. The total number of prizes awarded will be determined by Rewind Indy Radio. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:
   Winners will be selected at random from all eligible online entries. Winners will be contacted by phone or email using the information provided at the time of entry. If a selected winner cannot be reached within 7 days or is found to be ineligible, another winner may be selected at Rewind Indy's discretion.

6. Prize Conditions:
   Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by Circle K. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced. Rewind Indy and Circle K are not responsible for any issues with card redemption.

7. General Conditions:
   By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Rewind Indy Radio, which are final. Rewind Indy reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion in the event of technical failures, fraud, or other causes beyond its control.

8. Publicity Release:
   By accepting a prize, winners grant Rewind Indy and Circle K the right to use their name, voice, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

9. Privacy:
   Personal information collected through entry will be used only by Rewind Indy for contest administration and will not be sold or shared without consent, except as required by law.

10. Sponsor Information:
    Contest is sponsored by Rewind Indy Radio and Circle K. Circle K is a prize sponsor only and is not responsible for the administration or operation of the contest.
