"Today, we're looking at a cloudy start with temperatures hitting a comfortable 54 degrees. There will be plenty of sunshine later, so if you've got plans outside, it’s looking like a great day to enjoy. The evening will cool down to around 35°F."

 "Heading into the week, tomorrow's shaping up to be another mild day. Expect highs near 58°F, with a few clouds drifting through. It’ll be a perfect chance to get outside and enjoy the mild February weather."

 "Wednesday, February 26th, is bringing us some showers starting in the afternoon. Temperatures will stay mild at 58°F, with lows around 36°F, so keep that umbrella handy!"

"By Thursday, expect breezy conditions and a brief shower or two. The high will reach 49°F, but it’ll feel a little chillier with the wind, so don’t forget your jacket! Low temperatures will dip down to around freezing at 32°F."

 "Looking ahead to Friday, we’ll see a mix of clouds and sunshine, with highs reaching 51°F. It’ll be a great day to get outdoors before we cool off a bit for the weekend. Friday night lows will be near 37°F."

"And for the weekend—Saturday will be partly sunny with highs in the mid-40s. Sunday brings us mostly sunny skies, with temperatures again in the mid-40s, so it’s shaping up to be a pleasant weekend ahead."
